what best ways have people found of mixing the expansions in with the base or expansions on their own together?

I've been thinking about getting ride of all multiple copies of the cards in the base and RofT by removing copies of cards, and I think I end up with 80 cards. Does that make sense? Will it work for two player games? (I won't be able to try this for a while, until I get to my group).

I used this custom deck to combine the core game with both expansions. I really like it because the creator was very thorough and logical about what to include and subtract. He even listed reasons why he chose to delete certain cards. My deck is about 98% the same with just a few personal additions for cards that I truly like.
