Hi everyone,
somehow I don't seem able to find the official (or any) FAQ for Thunderstone, nor can I find the updated rulebook on the AEG-website.
Sorry, if I'm missing the obvious.
Thanks very much for providing me with a link.

Are you pondering what I'm pondering Pinky?
I think so, Brain, but if we have nothing to fear but fear itself, why does Eleanor Roosevelt wear that spooky mask?

Heh, you must not have looked TOO hard. It is the most recent forum post below yours in this very same subforum.

In addition, the rules are in the file section here on BGG:

Matthias, I'm glad someone was able to provide you with the information you were looking for (albeit with some added sass). BGG is first and foremost a community where you should be able to ask gaming questions openly, and get constructive feedback even if the answers to your questions seem obvious to someone else. I sincerely hope Ryan's response doesn't discourage you from asking questions here in the future.
Happy gaming! -Skylar-

For the rules I searched on the AEG-website but only found blog entries for Thunderstone Advanced - which confused me because I followed the link provided here on BGG - on the Thunderstone page, on not the one for TA.
I'm not a fan of superfluous questions which clutter up BGG, either. Sorry, if I contirbuted to the clutter myself.
Cheers, Matthias

Skylar ~
I answer almost every thunderstone question here. However, it is always preferred when people do the research to find the answers I have previously given, especially when I've made a thread in each of the Thunderstone forums to specifically address problems. I should have put a " " after my post, my mistake. It wasn't meant as an insult, more of a jest. Alas, it doesn't matter. I must admit, however, that it can be a bit frustrating when I put in a lot of time and effort to answer questions, only to have them asked again when the information is already clearly, and concisely, available.

I also have a problem w/ snarky respones, but this one I read as a friendly ribbing because of the "heh" and the all caps "TOO". It seemed more like he was pointing out the irony in a humorous way. Ah, well. I guess that's why god invented emoticons.

Hi,
if I understand you correctly: There is no FAQ as a printable document for the English version of Thunderstone. Instead, all the answers are provided in the forums for the game on BGG, right?
