I just read the english rules and there is some point I don't understand. Why is there 20 Trump rule cards and not only 19 ?
They say: one for each 1-15 and 1 of each 4 color, so for me it should be 19. Where am i Wrong ?

I'm not sure all the numbers are given a trump card. I've played a someone else's copy a number of times now, and the colors have 2 trump cards apiece (at least).
