I've only played once at the easiest level, and it took me ~45 minutes... I got a pretty early victory though. Because it's first-to-5-points it will tend to be variable length depending on how the game develops, but I think you should be able to get it done within the 60-90 min. you said you have. It's flexible too: if it's taking too long you can change it to first-to-4-points for example.
