We just played the first scenario and loved it, playing the game with the jeeps is really a lot of fun, the game play with the jeeps was so cool I will be getting this set for sure.

Care to elaborate on how you handled the jeeps? I agree they are a lot of fun. However, I have only played with them once. Some desert raid scenario.

I found their speed mind-blowing. MM44 has a stately structure of movement -- infantry, tanks, artillery. These units blow this up. This can zip in and then zip out.

They are also hard to hit. Although, in the scenario I played, they had only a single figure for each unit. So they didn't have any staying power. Thus, they have this real nimble quality to them.

This played out in the scenario with the SAS guys striking left. When things got to hot, they shifted to the other side of the map. All and all it was fun.

When I was playing the axis side I just tried to wait for the jeeps to go for the targets and go for them one at a time, throwing as many dice as I could at one so I had a better chance of getting a hit and a star, I did not win when playing the axis, I have only seen the alied side win this battle so far but it was close every time, one medal away with the next turn looking like a win if the alied team didn't get it on their turn.

Keep in mind I only played that scenario two times, one on each side obviously.

It was just so much fun I had to post about it
