Rulebook says that it's not possible to use the same building for two consecutive turns. Ok.

But, for example:

I have the Marketplace and I use it in my turn.
Then, in my successive turn, I sell Marketplace, so my token come back in my stock and Marketplace come back in the city. Now, Can I use again Marketplace in the same turn?

Yes, that's an exception to the base rule.

It's not possible to use a building you are already on. As you pointed out, the workaround is to sell and re-enter. That kind of double-play can be powerful, but it comes as significant cost: half the building's value (lost in the sale), all of the forfeited income from other players over the course of the game (assuming the building has a fee associated with it), and the fee you pay to enter it.

If the building was public, you also can buy it and reenter.

Just remember you can't sell it and buy it back again in the same turn. This can be tempting with cheap buildings like the Clay Mound or Black Market, but you have to give the other players a chance to buy your sold building before you can buy it again. So there is a risk there if your intention is to eventually regain ownership.
