Oops! I suppose I should clarify that I of course would still give him money for the project. My intent was more to save the hassle of shipment and such.

I contacted him offering a potential solution to his air bubble problem that would be cheaper than a pressurized mold. I even offered to make a trial piece for him if he wants.

yah, I'm rather surprised that he's not doing this with a 3D Printer, rather than the traditional mold model ... perhaps the printing materials associated w/the former are more expensive?
