Just a short story. A wile ago I thrifted a copy of Hogwarts:
Everything in great shape, unfortunately upon close inspection it was missing 7 pieces, including one of the crucial 6x6 piece forming the core of the labyrinth. I went to Lego customer service website and:
1, ordered the missing pieces. The online service for ordering missing pieces is simply impeccable, very easy to navigate and find anything.
2. got the info that in 2 weeks time they will contact me with the availability and the pricing on these items so I can make an order. Yesterday two weeks have passed and I got a small package waiting at my door. Guess what? Lego decided to ship the missing pieces to me at NO CHARGE (I would have to pay around $5 for the pieces to be shipped according to their pricing).
Awesome customer service. Kudos.
