My soon-4yo likes our new printer almost as much as I do. He also likes gluing stuff together, and playing games.

Are there any fun 2-to-3 player boardgames we could print'n'play?

We already have a lifetime-supply of memory-type games. Already made us one of those too. Got a few other games based on tiles and cards. Would be nice to make something more like a traditional boardgame, even if just a roll-and-move game.

Doesn't have to be a very sophisticated game. Basic things like waiting for his turn and counting the pips on a die are usually enough to keep him busy. Any educational value beyond that is a bonus but not required.

Co-op Train Game

At first, it is just move and roll. As your child grows, you can turn it into a coop game of moving the most cargo in a day

The game also had a backlink to a relevant geek list:

As I suspected most games are cards/tiles only, but a few board boardgames too.

Looks good too.

Will probably print at least those two games, starting with the train game (looks easier to assemble, and it has trains...).

I would try Snake Pit

My 4yo enjoyed trying it out.

Also Cheese Chasers was a hit - if anything else, cause you get to color your own copy.

No fair! They're using brains against us! We removed our brains to make room for guns and explosives!

The two I was going to add. Both can be played more co-op and grow into competitive play.
