Is the kicking team also the team that plays first in the first turn of the game or do we roll again to se who goes first?

The receiving team always takes the first turn in a half,
these roles always reverse after halftime.

During a Blitz! kick-off event the kicking team gets a mini-turn, otherwise the receiving team takes the turn.
