maybe just a silly question.

At the begininng of the New Caprica phase, does any character in the brig/sickbay (main board) move to Occupation Authority or (if uman) Resistance HQ as well (caprica board)?

I don't see specifications in the Pegasus Rulebook about this case.

Revealed cylons move to Occupational Authority. Unrevealed cylons are considered human and therefore move to Resistance HQ.

You're forgetting one thing: since the first landing on New Caprica a year has passed. So if the Humans had any Cylon prisoners when they first landed on NC, yes the prisoners would have been put in the NC brig. A year later, the Cylons move in. It's logical any Cylon prisoner would be released at this point. Just like in the series, a year has passed in the game. It just happens in a couple of seconds

It happens pretty quick in the series too, especially if you are watching on Netflix. One minute they're debating whether or not to settle on New Caprica, and the next minute Adama has a moustache and Lee's wearing a fat suit.
