Is Leader1: HOTN the same game from both of them?

Maybe I am not well informed, but I did not found Rio Grande edition. Can you paste a link to have a look, I can compare it with my Ghenos one.

I assume, based on Leader 1 and Giro d'Italia, that Rio Grande is simply distributing the Ghenos edition.

If you look on ebay, Leader 1 is distributed by both.

Hope this helps you -

The game pieces are interchangeable. Ghenos created Giro D'Italia and essentially it is Leader 1 with a few rule and part editions. I would recommend buying Giro D'Italia as you get a little more for your money and maybe even pick up Leader 1: HOTN for expansion pieces. L1:HOTN is also a standalone game that offers some rule modifications for the way the peloton is played.
