It is one of our favorite CAR WARS expansions-- if you are running a campaign where duelist characters travel the country, it is invaluable.
It is also extremely useful if you are giving passers-by a 5 minute explanation of the CAR WARS future history and setting background. Modern gamers have no stomach for the game's fiddly counters and cheap maps... but nuked areas, seceded states, and non-dueling zones always provoke interest and questions.
