What are the sizes of the workers and the leaders pieces?

www.spielematerial.de has some hexagon & octogon wooden pieces.

They have various sizes listed, but I don't know how they measure the dimensions listed.

For example they list: Medium Wooden octogons, 10x10x15 mm
but which is which? Is each side 10mm and it is 15 mm tall?

For example they list: Small Wooden octogons, 10x10x10 mm
but which is which? Is each side 10mm and it is 10 mm tall?

They seem too big??

I suppose it is self evident, but I don't want to order if I don't know.

Are these too big for replacement pieces so that they
fit in seamlessly with the original Tikal pieces?

As it my goal to personally help every single BGG user at least once...

Generally, all their stuff is height last.

For my set, I'd call the taller one 10x10x15, and the smaller one 8x8x10. That's measuring flat to flat, maybe they go from point to point.

These will be close, but not an exact match, since they differ only in height. The real ones are smaller in all dimensions.

It's possible the one labeled "Wooden Hexagon 15x13x15mm" or the " 12x15mm" might be the proper large one, but I can't say for sure.
