Hi all I am wanting to buy Mice and Mystics but want a great deal. I have found it on coolstuffinc.com for $48.99 but they charge almost $15 for shipping. Amazon.com has it for $99.99 which I have gift cards too but didn't want to pay this much. Does anyone know the cheapest site in the US to buy the game off of? Thanks in advance.

You can buy M&M's at your local grocery or drug store. LOL. Sorry...I preordered mind with CoolStuffInc. They usually have the best prices. Or better yet, buy some more games and get free shipping on orders over $100.

You can buy it direct from PlaidHatGames, although they retail for $75 plus shipping. I believe they'll send you the promos, but as far as price goes CSI is usually cheapest.

I personally haven't seen the price go much lower, although some companies charge slightly less for shipping. Most places are having trouble keeping this game in stock right now, so you may not find any better options until the supply starts to meet the demand.

There is a list of online gaming vendors here:

Why the heck is it so expensive on Amazon? The retail price is $75.
To answer your question, you can try thoughthammer.com or fairplaygames.com.

I usually always try to save up to get the free shipping from CSI or Miniature Market by spending $100+ and get several games. Why would anyone spend $99 at Amazon (even with free shipping) when they could spend $1 more at CSI or MM and get Mice and Mystics for half of that price and another $50+ worth of games?

If I don't want to go all the way to the $100 route for free shipping at those places, I ask my game group buddies if they want to go in on an order so we can all benefit on the free shipping.

It's because the ones listed on Amazon aren't being sold by Amazon -- they're being sold by third parties who are trying to cash in.

+1. Anything OOP will go for higher on Amazon just like it would on eBay.

I'm guessing they got it in today and sent out e-mail messages for it. I say that because they don't even list it as being in on their website and it will likely be gone by the end of the day. This will be the second time that I know of it sold out in a day for them.

I am so happy I caught this right as they updated their stock. I know that buying this other places has a price of $75 plus, so I decided uping my order to $100 and getting free shipping was the smartest move. I ended up picking up Mice and Mystics, Legends of Andor, and was lucky enough that the new Adventurers: The Temple of Chac was in stock, so I got that to. Grand total (after discount) $103.00. Its amazing how fast it sold out again.

You can also try www.funagain.com or www.frpgames.com (sold out last I checked, but new copies coming soon).

I got lucky and found a copy at my FLGS just today (real lucky: it was 20% off the $75 price.)
