My wife and I have been trying to save money to launch a small press educational games company for the past several years. Several designs are in the works, and a few have even been completed. But unfortunately, we don't have any products for sale yet, mainly because we still don't yet have the money it takes to start-up. But we're saving, or at least trying to reduce our debt, and hope to have something available "soon."
I'm interested in exploring new and lesser-known abstract games, some of which I'm willing to play by e-mail and/or trade for. For RPGs, I gravitate toward pulp, cyberpunk / dark future and animal / cartoon genres. I also enjoy brief filler games, and am always willing to learn new games of any type, although I generally don't play many computer or CCG / TCG games.
I have many
games on my wanted list, and have made many successful single-title and multiple-title trades with other BGG users, both domestic and abroad. Feel free to suggest trades BY GEEKMAIL. However, my wife says games are taking over too much of the house, so I have to be very selective in the future. As a matter of course, I will automatically DECLINE any trade offered via the Trade Manager until AFTER we've first fully discussed the trade via GeekMail. And please, let's be reasonable, folks.
