Are you working dear Gaming:
I hear from the other room
I lie and play on
When not bemoaning the fact that I’m not playing RPGs you can find me playing everything from the simplest kids game to ASL. My gaming motto is: I’ll play everything twice
, a motto I regret from time to time, but at heart I do feel that every game deserves a second chance. Many gamers totally dismiss a game after one playing which saddens me.
I prefer a good wargame over a good Euro but I’ll rather play a mediocre Euro than a mediocre wargame. I love card driven games and will seldom turn down a chance to play one.
I’m a sucker for ancient themed games and especially ones where you have to build up you empire/civilization/whatever. I still haven’t found the perfect game in this category so I’m still looking and will gladly take suggestions.
I love gaming with my kids and always try to rate kids games with what they think in mind. Why rate a kid’s game as an adult game anyway when it was never meant to be?Game ratings:
I'm a harsh rater, so please have that in my when checking out my ratings.
I am using the alternate rating guidelines. You can find the discussion here: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/115542
