Hi there, glad you dropped by.
I have been a mad keen gamer since 1996 when a new flat mate moved in to 'engineering house' a shared flatting arrangement with 4 UNSW Christian engineering students and workers.
One night he pulled out something we had never seen or heard of before - Roborally. And we played. And we played. And we played.
I bought my own copy, then the radioactive expansion, then painted the minis and a new hobby was born.
Today I am married to the lovely Alison, my wife since 2007 (who tolerates the games and occasionally relents and plays herself - as long as it is non-cooperative in your face and she can take me down). We have 2 beautiful girls (nearly 4 and nearly 2) and one on the way (Nov 12 2013 is D-Day).
Once an electrical engineer, I am a pastor of a growing church in Sydney's Southwest (www.barneysingleburn.com
Though not the lightest or youngest (40) man around I still play soccer (futsal) in the Sydney Uni competition - but should probably graciously retire, especially now we've just one our first grand final after 7 years and 10 previous grand final losses.
My hotlist are my most recent purchases which I am very glad to have gottenDear Secret Santa
Thought it might help to know the cheapest places in Australia I can find for games: Games Empire and Milsims. http://www.milsims.com.auhttp://www.gamesempire.com.au
