45 yr old reformed video-gamer — nowadays if it's not cardboard I'm not really interested. My free time is spent cajoling, bribing even begging three daughters (and even sometimes my wife) to play boardgames with me, to very little effect (they seem to actively enjoy depriving me the pleasure). Tuesday night games group makes up for it — a core group of about eight of us, with another five or six occasional players; check out our Games Night News here:http://gamesnightnews.blogspot.com/
Update September 2013
I'm determined to get my collection up to date and rated.
My games are rated on how important they are to my collection:
10 - a game I would never ever trade or sell - an essential game.
8 - a permanent fixture; no intention of getting rid of it, but that could change.
6 - a game I like, but if someone made me an offer I couldn't refuse...
4 - I've played it, it didn't hit the spot; actively seeking a new home for it
2 - Ugh! The buyer's remorse is strong in this one.
0 - Take my game. Please!
As or the odd numbers, they'll do just fine for when I'm havering.
Now to go and apply this half-baked theory to the games.
