My gaming days began with the Revised Edition of Magic back in 1994 and Magic made up 90% of my gaming for the next 16 years.
In 2010 I started hanging out with some old friends who had developed an interest in gaming. Settlers, Citadels, Blokus, Ascension, and Transamerica were our games of choice (and all we had in our combined "collections"). We met every week or 2 and had a blast.
Soon, that wasn't enough.
I went to a meetup at the world-famous Cat N Mouse game store, played Hansa Teutonica and I caught "gaming fever". I played Chicago Express and found the delight in the parasitic relationships that spring up in share holding games. I started attending multiple meetups per week and buying more games than I needed.
Since then, my "gaming fever" has waxed and waned, but I've always considered myself a gamer. My current gaming interests are in the direction of share holding games, short-but-still-thinky 2 player games, and euros with elegant rulesets.
If you are interested in any of my trade games send me a message and let's make a deal.
