Games games games. I would happily play all day every day. I always loved games but my interest exploded in the ealy 1990s with the many many German games that made their way over to the UK. Having a family gave me over a 10 year hiatus between the mid 90s and around 2008 when I played very little other than kids games due to the full-time nature of family life. But the wonderful Sumo and subsequent Counter magazine kept me upto date. Now I am back I find so many great games to discover from my 'missing' years and so many great games getting published to keep up with.
But the most important thing about gaming is the people that you play with. And on that score I am very fortunate indeed. As well as a semi-gaming family, a weekly games evening happens at my home in West London with some lovely people. Monday nights. Then if I'm lucky I'll get along to London on Board or join the Isleworth gamers for more gaming thrills on a Wednesday.
