My wife and I have been playing games for almost as long as we've been married (over 20 years!). She and our two boys are the dearest things on earth to us, second only to our mutual love for the Lord. Our faith is very important to us, and governs every decision that we make.
Our eldest son was born with severe autism. He is a teenager now, but still does not speak and is still in diapers. He has been the greatest challenge of our lives, especially for my wife, who is a terrific stay-at-home mom. But we wouldn't trade his precious smile and laugh for all the treasures on earth. My wife is also a terrific home-school teacher for our younger son, who is also a teenager now. It's great seeing him slowly becoming a responsible young man, and we are so proud of him.
I work at a local private college in the financial aid department. I have been there over twelve years, but it does not pay very well. But the Lord, our brethren and our great families (on both sides!) have provided everything that we need.
A couple years ago I came up with the idea for "Remember When...", which has recently been added to BGG and will hopefully be on Kickstarter in early 2016. Prior to that I had made some other games that I never felt were production-worthy (although our bible version of Elder Sign is pretty cool). My favorite hobby is simply being with family and friends, playing games, and being so thankful for what we have been blessed with. I truly hope that "Remember When..." can, in its own special way, brighten the lives of others as much as it has our own.
