I discovered board wargames in 1975. After Tactics II my eyes were opened - many wargames, RPG's, and miniatures followed. PC games with the advent of the PC, and net-based games [you guessed it] about the time of the internet rising. I discovered Eurogames much later [c. 2000].
I have playtested for numerous companies, developed a couple specialty systems [e.g., 12-point facing for ASL], and generally 'keep my hand in' game design.
Currently working on AH's The Arab-Israeli Wars; a set of 1973 war scenarios and campaign game to follow shortly.I am part of a loose affiliation of gamers meeting generally twice a month in Paynesville, MN.
