What's Hot:Top 10 of all time. Of all time!:
I play all kinds of games. As a history buff I enjoy historical war games, but I also play role playing games, card games (MTG, etc), miniatures (Heroclix) and video/computer games. Heck, will try anything.
My favorite kinds of games are ones where there are multiple approaches to winning, I dislike games where there are ideal opening moves or strategies that you have to follow to win. I also dislike "trick" scenarios where you must know the trick to have a chance to win. I don't mind a bit of randomness as long as it doesn't dominate the game. I generally appreciate historical accuracy, but will accept historical fluff and theme as a substitute if it feels authentic.
Recently played: All Magic, all the time. Brewing in Standard, drafting whenever possible and trying to decide on a Modern deck. I also still play some ASL, Heroclix, and RPGs.
My "Hot 10" list pretty much accurately represents what I am currently playing or most WANT to play. And my "Top 10" are my all-time favorites that I would play any time.
Areas of Interest:
MAGIC: THE GATHERING
MONSTERPOCALYPSE (Need more Martians and buildings!)

I live in the vicinity of Seattle and am always looking for people to play with. I moderate the Puget Sound Advanced Squad Leaders Yahoo group, join if you want to play ASL in the Seattle area:http://groups.yahoo.com/group/psasl/
