I've gone from an almost cold start of Catan to 100+ games in 2 years, but maybe I'll slow down the acquisition for a while now... maybe... I say "almost" as I was addicted to the older games like Monopoly when I was younger, and then spent a few years in Dungeons and Dragons as a pre-teen, so it's more a case of the gamer in me being re-awakened.
I'll try most games once (and I mean "most") although I'm allergic to anything with "living", "trading" or "collectible" in the name or where people talk about the decks they've put together.
I game at London on Board games club
and find it's a fantastic way to play lots of new games all the time and it's a great group of people
I am also one of the podcasters at The Royal Society of Gamers
- a podcast about board games and card games
