I use my Top 10 to show the games I consider my favorite games - the games I would most like to play right now if I could leave work, grab my favorite people to play with, sit at the greatest game table ever and chill for as long as it takes.

I use my Hot 10 to show which games I am either playing the most or really keen to try right now. The top half of the list is my most played list. The bottom half is my most want to play list, or the games I'd really like to get on the table if I didn't already have games I KNOW I want to play.

Hot and Top can't be much different for me otherwise since I probably play ten different games only over a period of several months.
