Welcome to my page!
Most of my time on the BGG has been spent contributing to the databases in all three of the domains. I'm currently working on the Game-A-Day challenge here
. If I'm not submitting data, I'm likely lurking in RPS or Chit-Chat/The Tavern/The Arcade or looking up board game info.
My lovely wife happens to be:

!What's in a Thumb?
I thumb a lot of things. Most of my thumbs go to new submissions, like images, or toward supporting participants in the data submission lists (particularly in RPGG and VGG).
However, in the forums, I tend to thumb more selectively. In the board game forums, a thumb from me usually means I agree with the poster's interpretation of a rule or am impressed in some way by the posted concept.
In Chit-Chat/The Tavern/The Arcade, a thumb usually indicates my being entertained.
In RPS, a thumb is most often awarded to a well written or thoughtful post, often regardless of my opinion on the matter. I try to give my RSP thumbs to positive, reasonable posts. (Subjective? Of course.)
If I think you've made an excellent point, I'll add a bit of
:A note about games my games played:
Each full play using a physical copy of the game with people present counts as one play. If I've played a game with an expansion, the expansion gets one play along with the base (this is for compatibility with Friendless' Extended Stats
Each session counts as one play.
Most of my video game plays occurred long before VGG even existed, thus I haven't figured out a great way to log plays yet. Most Recently Played Games:
