I play games with anyone I can infect - my kids (12 and 8), relatives, friends, and co-workers. I enjoy playing many of the German style games and also some of the play by email games (Wallenstein, Tigris, Alhambra, Amun-Re, Through the Desert, Year of the Dragon).

My GeekBuddies list is comprised of gamers whose ratings have a strong statistical correlation to mine. I use this to help determine my future acquisitions since I usually don't have the opportunity to play games before I buy them.

In addition to boardgaming, I collect dinosaur fossils, run, and do fun stuff with the kids (play games, play sports, minor league baseball, frisbee golf, geocaching).

My day job is with Oracle Corporation, Senior Director of Solutions Consulting.
