Great explanation of the game mechanics. I don't think that I've played any other game where the winner so often looks up in a daze and asks "What, I won? How did that happen?"

If you are looking for a particular Japanese game e.g. String Railway, just GM me. I might be able to help you track down a copy :) & we can do a trade.

Great review as always! Come back and do more!!!

Also, I have only played this game thrice (at your recommendation I might add) but have yet to feel like I am "in control" of my "own destiny" whilst playing. This game feels more like you're preparing for the next random tile draw and hoping it plays out to your advantage. It seems like drawing 2/3 tiles and picking one would be a much better way to reduce randomness (IMHO).
