They definately noted the rulebook/humour. They read directly from the book at the start and then directly mentioned the humour in the final wrap up/scores starting at 09:50.

I really like the job that they did. It's also refreshing having a format that isn't just 1. Quick blurb. 2. Exhaustive Rules Explanation. 3. Quick blurb.

And yes, I'm king of doing that format. I wish that I was creative enough, like these guys, to go against the grain and try to do something unique.

Good work The Gamers' Table!

I like these guys because they do short chat reviews, focusing on their opinions on how/why the game is fun.

BTW Sometimes the sound goes choppy, like in Chris's monologues and when Ken gives his score.

Thank you for the kind words Stephen, and Erlend. Sometimes we have those sound issues because Ken, and I sometimes don't speak loud enough for the mic, and then Craig has to bump up the sound in post production.

Have you checked out our Independent Edition where we review many games from https://www.thegamecrafter.com/ ? There are many good games on there as well. Thanks for watching, and commenting!!

Eeep! My comment up top doesn't make a lot of sense. I was originally defending your video against someone that was complaining about certain things in this video - it appears he deleted his comment. I've got to start quoting stuff more.
