Tom, do you know You're Bluffing!? It has a similar feel to it and it is one of my favorite light bidding and bluffing games.

I still don't understand the English name "You're Bluffing!" though. Translating the original name ("Kuhhandel") fits so much better: "Horse trading" or "Hand Clap".
