Thanks Tom another great review! Yes, I was very taken by the pieces and artwork when I first saw and played this at BGG.CON. In my opinion, I would rate this game in the top twenty in Age of Steam's spot (and put Age of Steam back in Giant's spot).
One note, your example of moving the yellow player's moai is correct, you just couldn't set it up on the Ahu since that was a blue worker you had at the end.
