Something that hadn't come up in our games, but I learned after noticing in your video was that one stable doubles the whole pasture. Awesome...

Yup! The stable affects the pasture as a whole. Pretty useful!

Thanks for the comment on our video

Awesome videos. Articulate and very helpful. The rules seem to be written for people who already understand the basic concept of the game or, perhaps, I just wasn't in the proper mindset when I sat down to read them. Either way I really appreciate the time you put into explaining set up and the basics turn sequences. Just set the game up to do a solo run through so I can break it out next game night.

Cheers, Spaz.

Ken here!

I agree that the rules are kind of hard to understand if no one else is around to show you what's-what. Glad to help an Agricola fan in training!

It seems that this video starts in the middle of the first turn and jumps to turn nine all of a sudden. I would of hoped to have seen 2-3 entire turns to really get the flow of the game :/

Sorry, we generally try to do only 2 or 3 turns per game for the sake of brevity; an entire game of Agricola would be probably around 2 hours, which is a bit much for example play, and we tend to select at least 1 turn further along so that viewers can see some of the end-game rules and strategies.

Still, this should give you a pretty good idea how to play, and we're always happy to answer any questions you might have

What he said.

We have considered doing some full play-throughs before, but this would be a rather hefty game for that.
