Spiel der Spiele

The Austrian Game of the Year award is given out in August. At the same time the Wiener Spiele Akademie awards several "Spiele-Hits" ("Best in Class") in 6 categories: Spiele Hit mit Freunden ("Game Hits with Friends"); Spiele Hit für Kinder ("Game Hits for Children"); Spiele Hit für Viele ("Game Hits for Multiplayers"); Spiele Hit für Zwei ("Game Hits for Two Players"); Spiele Hit für Experten ("Hits for Experts"), and Spiele Hit für Familien ("Hits with Family").
