Don't Play Gray!

A place for me to post about my miniature painting habit! I've rediscoved the hobby after a 20+ year hiatus and am learning all over again.

OK, finally getting to work on the rank and file monsters/villains for the Conan set. This is the first of three sets of Skeletons (the Kickstarter set had two alternate sculpts.)

From gallery of drtanglebones

I don't love these minis and almost decided to switch them out for already painted minis from Descent. But I'm a completionist and just couldn't do it. I did not put a ton of effort into these guys, figuring ratty and dull would fit skeletons. I used Citadel contrast paints for the red, blue, and leather. Metals were Vallejo Metal Color steel with washes and rust drybrushed over it.

As usual I'll link this to my master Conan mini list HERE.
