Clemson Tigers #1
Day 4 of the December Challenge and we needed to select another relatively quick game. This time we picked TransAmerica.
This was our 24th playing and the 2nd play of this year. I rate the game a 7.
We do not play with the rule that you move the end line up after the second round as we just do not see the need for it.
The first 5 rounds were very close as we all traded positions but everyone was within one point of each other. Going into what would be the last round, I was sitting on 8, my son was on 7 and my wife and daughter were on 6. I got a bad spread of destination cities and knew I was in trouble. As it turned, out so were 2 other players. Despite this, I was able to link up with the other networks and was getting close to completing my route when my son announced he was complete. My daughter immediately stated that he had won the game. We counted up the distances and she was correct.
Final score: Son 7, Larry 4, Melissa 1, Daughter out.
