An incredible cheap haul! May I present you my loot from Essen SPIEL 2013:
The Heidelberger stand had a queue. Now I know why. I bought Magestorm, Bobby Sitter, Pony Express, World of Warcraft: The Boardgame – The Burning Crusade and World of Warcraft: The Adventure Game for only 33,- Euro's!
I just had to have this RoadZters game (with 3 extra ballz). I fetched it for 15,- Euro's.
The Zooloretto: Iberian Lynx was free!
When I left for Essen, I planned to buy the Warhammer Fantasy Battles (8th Edition) "Coven Throne/Mortis Engine". It had a 20% discount so I bought it for 40,- Euro's.
The 2 carrying cases by Feltherr are for transport of my Necromunda gangs. I payed 15,- and 20,- Euro's for them.
The 6 blister packages for Blood Bowl (Third Edition), Leviathan, Warmaster and Warhammer were 30,- Euro. (Came 5,- a piece.)
But this is a blog about miniatures. Well, I did find myself a well priced Vampire Counts Mortis Engine. Since I play Warhammer 5th edition, I'll be using it as a Black Coach. (The spare bowl with blood will be used as a Dark Elves Cauldron of Blood.)
A keen eye will spot a Leviathan super cannon top right in the picture. I managed to score this vintage resin miniature for only 5,- Euro.
This will become my Earthshaker Cannon for the Chaos Dwarfs. Because my weekend was overshadowed by my trip to Germany, I did not find much time to work on conversions nor painting. But I did glue me 4 extra Black Orcs for my Chaos Dwarfs army:
You'll notice some minor weapon swaps to create some variation in the unit.
