This scenario is a turkey, hopelessly unbalanced. With the French starting with a Cavalry Charge, it wasn't going to be long. In the event it took 4 card plays, and 19 minutes to finish.
French Cavalry charge eliminated the trapped Spanish Cavalry and the Spanish LN at the far Spanish Right flank. The Spanish artillery played First Strike, but the reduced French HC still eliminated the artillery (3-0) and forced the LN in front of Losada to square. The 2nd Spanish cavalry narrowly avoided destruction, trapping the reduced French HC.
Spanish counter (Coordinated attack?) eliminated the reduced French HC (3-1), and Losada moved up to the Line.
2nd French card, also Coordinated Attack saw the Spanish LC polished off (4-1), Losada killed on a lucky double swords (or unlucky for him I suppose) (5-1) and with 2 infantry and square, the flank cavalry swept away a Militia for victory (6-1)
