[Please forgive the late posting. Easter and PAX got us off schedule. Look for some PAX stuff soon.]

Magic: The Gathering Duels of the Planeswalkers Coming to iOS
Wizards of the Coast announced last week that Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 will be available for iPad in addition to XBox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. So now you all will get to play this slick and simple digital version of the wildly popular Magic: The Gathering collectible card game. You can read more on Wizards' Website.
Avernum: Escape From the Pit HD Released
Maybe it's because we had our Nightfall-glasses on, but we did't see much else that was released since late last week. Avernum: Escape From the Pit HD, developed by Spiderweb Software makers of Avadon: The Black Fortress, is a turn-based indie RPG that we missed from the week before. It features a huge underground world with eighty towns and dungeons. You can check it out on the App Store.
Take It Easy! Updated
Zabu Studio has updated Take It Easy! to version 1.6. The update includes new online multiplayer for up to four players. Additionally the app has received a retina update to take advantage of the new iPad. The app has also been integrated with Game Center. Check out all the details on the App Store.
Motherlode Retina Updated and Free Version Submitted
Scott at Order of Magnitude Games contacted us to let you know that Motherlode (based on Survive) has been updated to version 1.1. The new update includes Retina support for the new iPad, requested usability fixes, and improvements to stability. Additionally a free version of the app was also been submitted last week. Until that releases you can check more about this app on the App Store.
Battle of Gundabad Updated
The infamous Dominion clone has been updated to version 1.2 with Retina support to fix a display problem on the new iPad. You can check it out at the App Store.
Dot Matrix Interactive Design has updated it's Croke app to version 1.3.3. This is one of our early favorite apps from back in the day that still gets time in the play rotation, and one of the only Crokinole apps out there. The app has now been updated for iOS 5 and received "Networking Game Service Update". We hope that means that perhaps Game Center matches are coming, but we'll try to find out. In the meantime you can check out this app on the App Store.
Scrabble for iPad Updated
Electronic Arts has updated the Scrabble for iPad app to version 1.15.71. This update comes apparently in response to user feedback on a problem with a “big tile” issue many players were experiencing when moving their game tiles to various points on the board. They've also adjustments to improve overall gameplay. This is one of the few board game apps you can play on the iPad that has an option to use your iPhone/iPod for hidden information. Your iPhone becomes a tile rack! It's pricey so maybe get in on a future sale at the App Store.
Hex Masters Pro Updated
Sylien has updated Hex Masters Pro to version 1.2. The update to this abstract strategy app includes artwork changes, better first time player integration, and other adjustments. You can get it for free on the App Store.
Dice With Buddies Updated

BattleLand：Warrior vs Monster HD
Chinese developer KongZzhong Corporation has updated BattleLand：Warrior vs Monster HD to version 2.1 with ways to make more EXP among other changes. We admit we don't know much about this app other than that it's an RPG of some kind and you apparently move on a "board" and there seems to be dice involved somehow. The reviews are not good, but we thought we would mention it in passing. You can check it out on the App Store.
Spaceward Ho! Updated
Ariton has updated Spaceward Ho! to version 1.0.1. The update to the new released app now supports the new iPad and Retina display. You can check it out on the App Store.
Gameloft has made both paid versions of their Blokus app free for Easter. Sorry we were late to announce it. We hope you can still get it for free on the App Store.
The Banner Saga Coming
A developer named Stoic is working on an app named The Banner Saga that they describe as "role-playing meets turn-based strategy, wrapped into an adventure mini-series about vikings." That description and the cel animation look of the app certainly caught our eye. Check out this trailer for it.
Roll Through The Ages Score Sheet
Lithe Solutions has released a score sheet app for playing Roll Through The Ages. You can pick it up for $1.99 at the App Store.
