Why the release of a 1.1 Rulebook?
The following changes are due to a combination of blatant errors, unintended abusable combinations, original design intents missing the mark, power levels being off, math issues, general balance, and long term scaling for future content calling into question original concepts. This also includes default difficulty adjustments, encompassing: intelligent combatants, dodge, counters, and hit percentages.
