らな＆パパ (Lana & Papa) is a Franco-Japanese game design team working in Japan, comprised of the main designer ドゥプラド 稲垣・らな (Lana Inagaki Deplaedt), who in 2017 was nine years old, and her assistant ヤニック・ドゥプラド (Yannick Deplaedt). Yannick is a Frenchman of Belgian extraction, and the father of Lana.
They launch their first published game おぼえなサイコロ (OboenaSAIKORO) at the Tokyo Game Market in December 2017.
I've been living in Japan for the last 14 years. After going to many many Game Markets and having helped Japanese games get a release outside of Japan, I wanted to participate in a very different way: as a designer. With my daughter Lana, who's 9 year old, we have decided to create a game just for the Game Market. The whole idea of the game came from her and after playtesting many versions, "OboenaSAIKORO" is born.
