Gary C. "Mo" Morgan (December 31, 1948 - May 22, 2014) was a game designer, architect, construction manager, and former U.S. Air Force officer and pilot from Montgomery, Alabama. Morgan graduated from Penn State University in 1982.
In 1997, he retired at the rank of lieutenant colonel. A 30-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Texas Air National Guard, and the Air Force Reserve, he has spent his career flying trainers, fighters, and tactical cargo aircraft. Morgan spent 17 years on assignment with the U.S. Air Force Academy. He served as an electronic warfare officer in F-4 Phantoms and as an instructor in the United States and Germany.
He won a Charles S. Roberts award for his game Tac Air and for an article for his game Borodino: Doomed Victory.
