Daniel McDairmant was born in 1978 and reared in MD. He attended college in FL (majoring in both Writing & Art) and became a CA resident in 2004. A true Gemini, he is geared toward: communication, curiosity, community, involvement, independence, indecision, delighting in cleverness & wit, and multiple unfinished projects at once.
His favorite games include: Small World, Stone Age, and Ra.
He likes Ethiopian Harrar coffee in a French press, the Aubrey-Maturin novels, Sara Bareilles, the smell of wet leafmould, and all things G.I. Joe.
Outside of the gaming community, he has pursued jobs in singing, clothing retail, staff training, and even started a business making foods for people who need specialty diets. In his spare time he may be found doing noises & voices, collecting X-Men comics and "good" boxes, reading to his little girls, watching Netflix movies, and singing baritone. He wishes he had been the first person to think of curved shower rods, heated car seats, and 3x5 cards.
He is married with two daughters (born in 2012 & 2014).
