Dale Tolley is a husband, father, and avid tabletop gamer and designer from Salt Lake City, Utah. His primary motivation for designing games is to provide more reasons for families to sit, talk and play together. Dale loves cleverly interlacing the themes of his games into the mechanics. As is apparent from his debut title, Cheesonomics, Dale is also a cheese fan!
Dale's favorite board games are typically worker placement games such as Lords of Waterdeep, Village, or Tzolk'in: The Mayan Calendar. Dale also designs tabletop games professionally for use in training and development in the corporate world as well as for non-profit organizations to help deliver their curriculums to children.
Dale is a loyal attendee of SaltCON, the largest annual tabletop game convention in Utah, as well as Salt Lake Comic Con. He is also a Wingman for Gryphon & Eagle Games and loves teaching and playing board games with new people in homes, libraries and game stores throughout Utah.
