Cliff Stornel (Born Oct 24, 1975) is an author and game designer out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He spends his time writing away on his laptop, setting up play tests and designing board pieces. His loving family is very supporting of his work and does their best to ignore the laptop that he is slaving away on all the time. Cliff enjoys spending his limited free time playing games, reading, driving around to play ingress with friends and family. Recently has started to develop a love of jogging, and has now taken part in two 5k Color me Rad run. Over all he has a diverse life and a wide array of interests.
His passion for games started around the age of ten when on a rainy night at West Hawk Lake a friend pulled out the original D&D red box. As soon as he was back in the city he picked up his own copy of it and then a few months later advanced to RoleMaster and over the years has played and written adventures for a wide array of RPGs. Then as board games and card games became more common he started playing those as well. Almost at once he started adding house rules and using the pieces he had to develop his own games.
Alongside his wife he founded the company Centre of the Chaos Designs which is the business centre for the wholes family’s artistic passions.
