Igor Knop is a boardgame player and Computer Science professor from Juiz de Fora, Brazil. Lacking for more deep content in portuguese, in 2012 he started a series of videos for his loved Race for the Galaxy using the rahdo's style "camera in hand", teaching and playing the game at same time. Nowdays, with help of his wife and friends, his audience grew and 250+ videos later his channel is still a valuable source of information about boardgames in Brazil (http://youtube.com/user/igorknop).
In 2016 he started to explore the intersection of digital and tabletop games merging both loved areas: programming and boardgames. Some work was made with indie games in parthership with known game designers in Brazil. In later 2018, Gnomopolis (coauthored with Patrick Matheus) was published by Conclave Editora and released in Essen'18 and Brazil market.
