This was a British Company under the control of Parker Brothers in USA.
Orbanes also states in "The Game Makers: The Story of Parker Brothers, from Tiddledy Winks to Trivial Pursuit" (page 35) that Lovell's Court was first Parker address in London and opened in 1903.

Orbanes also states on page 53 that Charles Parker moved office from Lovell's Court to 19 Ivy Lane (around 1910?).
Orbanes states on page 58 that 1914 Parker catalog indicates that the London office moved to 8 Great Turnstile Street. Evidently Parker maintained that location until it closed its London office around 1940 (page 107).
