Description Edit | History

The game is played by two players on a 7x7 board, with each players’ tiles lining up to face each other from opposite sides. However, the tiles start in the players’ hands, not on the board, so how they are deployed is part of the opening strategy and beyond. The aim is to capture the opponent's King. Your King is a fragile piece, unable to move from his hill on your side of the board, sending out his forces of Spears, Trenchmen and Nobles to fight and defend across the board.

Components: Cotton case, board (pad), 20 tiles in 2 colours (red and blue). The tiles will be made of 6mm thick acrylic. In the prototype, all tiles are white and the symbols are coloured. In the final edition, the tiles will be red and blue, and the symbols will be laser-engraved. The engraving will be 'negative'. This is, the background will be engraved, not the symbol. So the symbols will look red and blue, and the background will look white.

The wolf: If the game gets fueled before Aug-31, all fuelers will receive two additional tiles (the wolves).

Notes and goodies: Preorders above 100 Eur (or 2 BTC) will receive a nestorgames backpack! Remember that preoders in Bitcoin have a 30% discount instead of 20%. Shipping is only 9 € no matter how many copies you preorder. If you wish to place an order in Bitcoin, please contact me here. You can combine preorders of other games, but they will be shipped together.
