Only 6 copies of this gigantic Deluxe Edition were made, offered for purchase to the recipients of the Deluxe Edition of Town Center. Everything is to scale with the normal expansion, but where the normal expansion's cubes are 16mm, the deluxe edition's cubes are 30mm — very nearly as large as stacking 8 of the normal cubes in a 2×2×2 formation.
