Description Edit | History

Rare Very 1935 Trade Mark Monopoly Game. There were two versions of the Trade Mark Game.

Parker Brothers produced 24,000-25,000 games marked Trade Mark from June - August 1935, with the first batch of 10,000 game boards exhibiting the blue Parker Brothers overprint in the GO square. As many as 25% of those games could still exist today, with most exhibiting heavy wear.

Early Version Parker Brothers Signature in GO square, Salmon Colored $500's, Gold $100's, Chance Cards: Call on Illinois Ave, Visit St. Charles Place Box dividers have playing pieces in corner and platforms under most components.

This version is the rarer of the two Later Versions. No signature in GO Square Gold $500's Salmon $100's. Box dividers have the playing pieces in the center. This configuration carried over into the early Patent Pending sets. Platforms under most components.
